Behavior recognition software developer Cernium Inc. is moving its headquarters and has named a new president and CEO. Cernium will move its base of operations from St. Louis, to the Washington D.C. suburb of Alexandria, Va. In addition, former Sarnoff Corp. President and COO Craig Chambers has been named as the new president and CEO for Cernium.
Earlier this year, Cernium opened a federal systems support office in Alexandria and will now base all operations there. St. Louis won’t be abandoned completely, as the company’s production and research and development facilities will remain there.
Chambers replaces Sean Patty, who will remain at Cernium as executive vice president in charge of St. Louis operations.
