SAN DIEGO – Cernium Corp. will form a strategic partnership with Toshiba Surveillance & IP Video Products Group to develop software that will integrate Toshiba’s IP cameras with Cernium’s advanced video analysis solutions for physical security.
The first product is a new application programming interface (API) software module that adds video verification and consolidated security management control for Toshiba’s IP cameras to Cernium’s intelligent video analytics solutions, including its flagship Perceptrak application.
The new API module developed by Toshiba and Cernium addresses customer demand to integrate these technologies so that video surveillance, recording, storage, search and playback offers instantaneous identification of potentially suspicious activity.
