Certified Security has acquired Sentinel Security Inc. of Rockford, Ill. Pat Gaffney, owner and president of Sentinel Security will act as general manager of the Rockford operations. “We have a great business and great customers,” he said in a statement.
“It took us a long time to decide to sell the company. When we were approached with the terms and conditions of this deal, it was too good to pass up. We are confident our new alliance will only improve our company and customer service.”
According to Certified Security, this is the first of several transactions planned for the future. The
Davis Marketing Group (DMG), led by SSI Hall of Fame Member Ron
Davis, represented Sentinel.
