The Chamberlain Group Inc., a manufacturer of access control products, announces it has acquired PTI Integrated Systems of Scottsdale, Ariz. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
PTI Integrated Systems provides complete solutions for access control, security and site management to a worldwide customer base, as well as hardware and software solutions to targeted industries.
Chamberlain CEO J. David Rolls says the acquisition will give the company the ability to leverage PTI’s array of product offerings and grow its customer base, while providing more integrated access solutions to the commercial and industrial markets.
PTI President and CEO Lance Comstock will remain with the company as a consultant.
