Chamberlain Group Acquires Antech Guardian Affiliates

The deal bolsters LiftMaster's portfolio of perimeter access solutions, including road spikes and traffic barriers.

ELMHURST, Ill. – Chamberlain Group (CGI) announces the acquisition of two Antech Guardian affiliates, based in Tucson, Ariz. The affiliates, Guardian Traffic Systems (GTS) and Guardian Gate Hinges (GGH), are both part of Antech’s perimeter access solutions offerings.

The GTS line will support CGI’s LiftMaster brand by diversifying the LiftMaster product offering, adding road spikes, traffic barriers and systems to its current line of perimeter access solutions.

The parent company to the GTS and GGH divisions, Antech, will continue to be run as a standalone business led by its president, David Roher, and the company’s management team and sales force.
