Chubb Security Americas will expand and enter into the United States through its Counterforce division by acquiring A-Link USA and Alarm Processing Corp. (APC), both based in Houston, Texas. A-Link USA provides alarm monitoring services and programs to consumers and businesses though its network of authorized independent installing alarm companies across the U.S. Alarm Processing Corp. provides wholesale monitoring and a range of associated services to independent alarm installing companies.
“This acquisition will enable A-Link USA and APC to accelerate our growth strategies as well as continue to offer valuable services to our dealers and customers,” says Zane Russell of A-Link USA. Dennis Hollingshead, vice president and general manager of Conterforce, adds, “The acquisition of these businesses transposes the Counterforce network into one of the leading providers of authorized dealer programs and monitoring services in North America.”
Counterforce provides dealer account monitoring and accounting, marketing services. Chubb is a security services provider with corporate headquarters in Canada.
