According to Macurco, the CM-S1 is also aesthetically pleasing, eliminating the choice that so many end users must make between looks and functionality. The detector features a long-life sensor, and power can be obtained either using a 12V security system or a 24V fire alarm control panel. There’s also an LED for status as well as a built-in single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) relay with an 85dB alarm sounder.
