Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS) has opened a new $2.5 million facility in Cypress, Calif., to showcase advanced and specialized monitoring services available to alarm dealers.
“Based on years of experience and many discussions with our dealers, we have created what we believe is one of the finest monitoring centers in our industry,” says Tony Wilson, CMS president. “The design of our new center reflects the critical needs of alarm dealers who not only require dedicated, veteran support and monitoring teams available 24/7 but who also are looking for the latest technology and specialized monitoring to provide them a significant competitive edge.”
The company also has monitoring facilities in Longwood, Fla.; Manasquan, N.J.; and St. Paul, Minn.
