Intercom manufacturer Aiphone of Bellevue, Wash., has released its JF Series, a color video intercom system.
Both the JF Standard and JF Enhanced systems include door release and entrance monitoring. The JF Enhanced also features built-in picture memory to record visitors, a voice memo feature to leave messages on the inside station and an entrance message feature that allows for prerecorded messages to be played to visitors. It also supports two-color video door stations and three inside color monitor stations or audio-only stations. Inside stations offer hands-free VOX or push-to-talk (PTT) communication. Door release and entrance monitoring are standard.
