Brink’s Opening Second Office in Central Florida
Brink’s Home Security Inc. has announced it is opening a second branch office in the Orlando, Fla., metropolitan area. A second office at a site to be determined will supplement the current branch in Apopka.
Until now, the Brink’s Orlando office has served seven counties in Central Florida, from Daytona Beach to Orlando to Melbourne. That area will be divided between a northern area that will continue to be served by the Apopka office and a southern area that will be served by the new location.

IR Buys Controlling Interest of Italian Electric Lock Maker
Ingersoll-Rand Co. Ltd. (IR) has acquired its remaining interest in a European manufacturer of electric locking systems and security products.
IR, the parent company of such manufacturers as Recognition Systems, Schlage and Locknetics, has purchased the remaining 70-percent of Italy-based CISA S.p.A. for approximately $265 million. CISA manufactures electronic locking systems, cylinders, door closers and panic hardware.

OzVision Moves Into New Headquarters
Video compression technology supplier OzVision has a new address. The company has opened a larger corporate headquarters in Woburn, Mass.
OzVision’s new location is at 12 Gill Street, Suite 1056, Woburn, Mass., 01901.
