Access control provider Best Access Systems has retained CIBC World Markets to help the company explore “strategic alternatives” for its business.
“As we look at the next five years, it is critical that the company have access to capital resources it will require to successfully accomplish its strategic objectives,” said Russell Best, president and CEO.
