Convergint Technologies Acquires Dakota Security Systems
The move strengthens Convergint’s position in North America, said executive chairman Dan Moceri.
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — Convergint Technologies announced on Monday its acquisition of Dakota Security Systems. Founded in 1976, Dakota Security Systems is a security integration company based in Sioux Falls, S.D., and has offices in Arizona, New Jersey and throughout the upper Midwest.
