Alarm dealer network Counterforce, a subsidiary of Chubb
PLC, has acquired the alarm accounts of Greenville, Miss.-
based Alarm-Tel Inc. Under the deal, Alarm-Tel President
Kenneth Page will retain an interest in the business. The
Davis Marketing Group (DMG), led by HREF=t_hof.cfm>SSI Hall of Fame Member Ron
Davis, represented Page in the transaction.
DMG says Page had decided to exit the Greenville market after 20 years of operating there.
It is the third acquisition made by Counterforce using DMG as its broker, the most recent being the March acquisition of the assets of Detroit’s Acceptance Alarm.
