After several months of negotiations, Counterforce (USA) recently acquired the account base of Mohave Integrated Systems of Lake Havasu, Ariz. The exact number of accounts and purchase price were not disclosed.
Negotiations were carried out by Ron Lipari of Counterforce and Katie Bally, partner at Davis Marketing Group, on behalf of David Whorf of Mohave.
“For many dealers, an opportunity such as the one Counterforce represents is an ideal solution. We were glad we were able to bring the parties together in a mutually beneficial transaction,” says Bally.
