Security and remote management solutions provider CPS Security Solutions has completed the acquisition of Duarte, Calif.-based D&M Communications Inc. D&M specializes in the integration of low-voltage structured cabling systems for voice and data equipment.
The acquisition is expected to complement CPS’ existing CCTV camera offerings by adding cabling and voice/data network services. Other new services include fiber optic cabling, conduit installation, consulting and project management, patch panel, ladder, and rack and cabinet installations.
