Creative Vistas Inc. recently launched a new subsidiary called Iview Digital Video Solutions Inc. (Iview DVSI) that will focus on licensing and marketing the firm’s state-of-the-art video technologies to the global surveillance marketplace. According to Creative Vistas, the firm has already launched Iview-360 and Iview-DVMS (Digital Video Management Systems).
The Iview-360 is a panoramic camera that provides a 360° view for complete situational awareness. In addition, it allows the end user to digitally zoom in on areas of an image and it provides virtual EPTZ (electronic pan/tilt/zoom) to replace conventional p/t/z cameras. The company says this effectively reduces equipment cost and installation time.
