With a goal to research future alarm industry-affecting
technologies, the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA)
has created the CSAA Technical Resource Council. With the
help of the public sector, academic society and other
research facilities, the council aims to identify such
products, services and opportunities quickly so the
industry can have input during their development stages.
The council also plans to help develop future needs
strategies and identify trends that will bring new sources
of revenue to the industry.
