CSAA Releases Schedule for 2007 Security Forum and Expo

VIENNA, Va.

The 2007 CSAA (Central Station Alarm Association) Electronic Security Forum & Exposition program is taking place May 16-20, 2007 at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel in Orlando, Fla. Packed with more than 40 hours of direct education, meeting attendees will be presented with many revenue-making/cost-cutting ideas. The program schedule includes:

  • Three educational tracks: Operations management, business development and technical
  • Three presentations by UL on Friday on positioning business, building and maintaining a central station, and taking advantage of the national industrial security and the U.S. government markets
  • A one-day vendors exhibit on Saturday
  • Technical product presentations and CSAA committee meetings on Thursday
  • AICC golf tournament on Wednesday

Security Sales & Integration‘s own editor-in-chief, Scott Goldfine, is set to moderate the “Winning Customer Education Programs” from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 19. The session will explore successful customer education and communication programs in the industry. Goldfine will identify key elements of successful programs and panelists will describe how their programs were created and implemented. Panelists include Jim McMullen, president, COPS; Bob Ryan, vice president sales and marketing, ASG Security; Richard Hahn, president, Richard Hahn & Associates; and Mike Overby, vice president of subscriber services, Guardian Protection Services.
