The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) announces it
will provide a joint educational program with Underwriters
Laboratories (UL). The seminar, entitled Tapping Your
Hidden Profits: Realizing Your Profit Potential With UL’s
Certificate Program, will be held at UL headquarters in
Northbrook, Ill., Nov. 6-7.
According to the CSAA, most sales managers do not know how
to up-sell customers. Tapping Your Hidden Profits:
Realizing Your Profit Potential With UL’s Certificate
Program is designed to address this issue.
