ROCHESTER, Minn. — Custom Alarm has promoted Melissa Brinkman to chief operating officer (COO). Brinkman, who has worked with the company for more than 12 years, previously served as customer services manager. In her new role, Brinkman will oversee the customer services and operations departments.
Additionally, Bob Boland will take over Brinkman’s role of customer services manager. In this position, Boland will manage the central monitoring station, service department and inspection department.
