MISSISSAUGA, Canada—Camden Door Controls has introduced its latest market introduction: its new CX-EPD0009 magnetic cabinet lock.
The Canadian access control manufacturer states that its newest door-lock product sports an ultra-compact design, and it is designed to enable dealers to easily provide installed high-security lock for virtually any enclosure door, such as computer cabinets, refrigerators, lockers, and retail display counters.
According to Camden Door Controls, the 12-volt or 24-volt CX-EPD0009 magnetic cabinet lock magnetically operates with a strong holding force of 440 pounds, and the company says the new cabinet lock is water-resistant for indoor or outdoor use, making it reliable for humid environments, including inside fridges and freezers.
Other features the new CX-EPD0009 magnetic cabinet lock provides include a product design that offers the ability to withstand up to 5 pounds of preload pressure without binding, making it easier to install and operate for dealers and end users.
In addition, Camden Door Control stresses, its new magnetic cabinet lock can be front or side mounted with swing or sliding doors and drawers, and its armature plate adjusts to door alignment to further increase the product’s versatility.
