Datakey Inc. recently held its annual meeting of shareholders. President and CEO Carl Boecher highlighted the achievements and progress made in the company’s Information Security Solutions (ISS) business unit during the past 12 months, including several recently announced products, key strategic partnerships and business alliances, and a growing base of large enterprise customers and OEM partners.
During his presentation, Boecher stated, “Our decision to concentrate our resources on the Information Security Solutions business unit is supported by three important factors. First, we have proven and established products in our ISS business unit, and a growing pipeline of pilot installations to support future revenue growth. Second, we have a talented management team that has demonstrated success in developing and marketing our information security technology. And third, the global market for information and data security solutions is large and is growing rapidly.”
Boecher also commented on product development and sales accomplishments during the past 12 months. Lastly, Boecher said Datakey will continue to enhance current products and add new ones over the next 12 months.
