de Seve, Gingo Receive SIA’s 2006 Statesman Awards
ALEXANDRIA, Va.
The Security Industry Association (SIA) presented its 2006
Statesman Award to Lynn de Seve, president of GSA Schedules
Inc. and Jim Gingo, president of TransTech Systems. The
awards were given on Tuesday, June 13 at SIA’s 2006
Government Sales and Marketing Summit in Washington.
Gingo and de Seve were recognized for their support of SIA’s government relations programs and initiatives, and for their extraordinary leadership in strategically positioning SIA to address the public policy challenges impacting the electronic physical security industry.
SIA Director of Government Relations Don Erickson said Gingo’s work to strengthen the relationship between ISDA and SIA is a perfect example of his strong leadership, and that de Seve is one of the industry’s GSA contracting experts. De Seve is also a member of the Security Sales & Integration Editorial Advisory Board; her latest article can be found in SSI’s June issue.
