CCTV equipment manufacturer Dedicated Micros announces the opening of a new office in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, as part of the company’s ongoing initiative to improve service to its Canadian business partners and customer base. The company’s stated aim is to provide sales, strategic product support and technical training on a more localized basis to its customers.
Andrew Mooney is now focused on the West Coast as the western regional sales manager, while Tim DeGroot, eastern regional sales manager, will cover eastern Canada and the French province of Quebec. Cherie Arrigo will coordinate the administrative efforts of the offices and serve as the customer advocate in coordination with the company’s Customer Service and Support department.
The offices are currently open with training center, demo center, customer service and meeting facilities in place.
