BOSTON—Deep Sentinel, a manufacturer of AI-powered security, has announced the launch of SentinelNow at BOMA 2025 in Boston.

This new on-demand live guard service was developed to fill security gaps for businesses and properties, particularly those with high-risk employees, high-profile operations, or key vulnerability points.

“Our clients have been asking for a security solution to protect their workers and customers around the clock,” says David Selinger, founder and CEO of Deep Sentinel. “Threats don’t wait for convenient times. Property managers, office and retail workers, and other high-risk employees can now call a trained Deep Sentinel guard and receive on-demand support immediately — at any time.”

SentinelNow Delivers Pushbutton Protection

Deep Sentinel explains that when an employee feels unsafe, observes suspicious activity, or simply needs an extra set of eyes, they can press the physical SentinelNow button to instantly connect with a trained Deep Sentinel guard. Within seconds, the company continues, guard views the live camera feed, provides verbal intervention or support when appropriate, and escalates to emergency services immediately when needed.

The guard can then provide first responders with real-time situational awareness and details such as number and description of suspects, any visible weapons, crime details and any known medical needs.

Designed for flexibility, SentinelNow, Deep Sentinel asserts, is built to serve a wide range of businesses—from office parks and medical campuses, warehouses and retailers, to car dealerships and multi-tenant properties—the solution can deter suspicious activity; it can support frontline staff or provide peace-of-mind during or after business hours.

“Highly responsive on-demand guard services, which were previously only available to large companies and the wealthiest individuals, are needed more than ever by small-to-mid-sized businesses and properties dealing with uncertain public threats,” adds Ray Bernard, security industry analyst and author. “Thanks to AI technologies, the immediate preventative response capabilities of security solutions like SentinelNow are now available to these customers at a much lower cost.”
