Vehicle access control supplier Delta Scientific has held opening ceremonies for its new $8 million manufacturing facility in Palmdale with a U.S. congressman in attendance. U.S. Rep. Howard “Buck” McKeon (R-Santa Clarita) presented a flag that flew over the U.S. Capitol – one of the U.S. government buildings in Washington D.C., protected by Delta equipment.

The June 29 ceremony market the opening of the doors to the 125,000-square-foot facility 30 years to the day that Delta first went into operations.

“We believe Delta Scientific is the type of company that portrays the essence of California industry by bringing technologically advanced solutions to global customers,” says Delta Senior Vice President David Dickinson.
