Delta Fliers in Atlanta Can Now Go Through Airport Security 5 at a Time
The airline invested $1M to develop new lanes that allow five travelers to pass their luggage through airport security at once.

Many of the long delays through airport security are a result of infrequent fliers or elderly people taking too long to load their luggage onto the belt to be screened by TSA staffers.
The new lanes were introduced at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport — Delta is based in Atlanta — and have filed 30% more passengers through security per day, according to Durrant.
Delta is looking at using the new lanes in other airports around the country.
