IRVING, Texas — Former Walt Disney World Company executive Dennis Snow will be the keynote speaker at a general session of the Electronic Security Association (ESA) Leadership Summit in Chandler, Ariz., the ESA announced on Friday.
The summit is slotted for Jan. 31 until Feb. 3, with Snow’s session scheduled for the morning of Feb. 2.
Snow spent 20 years with the Walt Disney Company and has cultivated a passion for service excellence. Snow launched a division of the Disney Institute that consulted with major companies such as ExxonMobil, AT&T, General Motors and Coca Cola.
His speech at the ESA Leadership Sumimt is titled “Performance Excellence — The Employee Factor.” Snow believes organizations need to engage the heart of employees in order for them to bring the proper attitudes that will trickle down to their interactions with customers.
The event will take place at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino.
