Red Hawk Industries, a security systems integrator for U.S. financial institutions, completed its 13th acquisition by purchasing Pennsylvania-based security integrator BVI Inc. David Charles, CEO of Red Hawk, says the acquisition will provide new market opportunities to both companies, as well as better service offerings for customers.
“The addition of BVI to the Red Hawk Industries portfolio of companies adds synergies to our existing business units as well as a wider footprint for our services,” he said.
Red Hawk operates in 23 states from 17 regional offices. The company installs and maintains alarm systems, as well as ATMs, safes and vaults and drive-up equipment.
