Detex Corp. of New Braunfels, Texas, releases the 230X, a panic device and a three-point deadbolt.

Made to withstand crowbars, the product has top and bottom bolts with solid steel rods and a large side deadbolt with a full one-inch throw for deeper penetration into the frame than other locks in the category. The deadbolt also helps a door withstand 10,000 pounds of pull force, according to the company.

Additionally, the 230X-W offers full protection against corrosive weather environments.
