New Braunfels, Texas-based Detex Corp. releases its key removable mullions, which are designed for use with rim exit devices on standard and fire-rated pairs of doors.
The latching head allows the product to be removed in seconds with one key turn, and then to be snapped back into place without needing the key. The mullions are easily adapted to double door applications, according to the company. A small profile base plate prevents interference with objects moving through the doorway.
