Diebold has continued its expansion through acquisition of London-based security integrator TASC Security. TASC specializes in customizable and scalable electronic security solutions including alarms, access control, CCTV and video surveillance systems.
The acquisition of TASC includes their offices in Amsterdam; Tokyo; San Francisco; Dublin; Leeds, England; and Melbourne and Sydney, Australia.
Myles Hick, CEO of TASC, will join Diebold as president of the TASC subsidiary.
