Electronic security integrator and manufacturer Diebold Inc.
has announced its entry into the government installation
market. To serve this new market, Diebold has opened a new
office in Sterling, Va., near Washington D.C.
Diebold already has 100 government customers going in, andJohn Stroia – who will lead Diebold’s new Government andMonitoring Solutions unit as vice president – says theSterling office will play a pivotal role to linking theNorth Canton, Ohio-based company with government clients.
“This new facility emphasizes Diebold’s commitment toserving the government security market and allows us tobroaden our product and services offerings,” says Stroia.
