The Digiop Elements 8.1 software by Digiop of Indianapolis adds expanded event notification capabilities, advanced traffic and queuing analytics, additional IP camera, POS and EAC integrations than its predecessor.
The company’s enhanced event notification engine allows users to customize alerts for a variety of system health events, including system availability, recording issues, video loss and scene loss.
The latest release also integrates with the company’s 3D Intelligent IP camera, which features counting intelligence that allows users to monitor traffic levels and capture detailed data about object height, velocity, direction, shape and size. New queue and service metrics enable the tracking of customer movements and actions throughout the store, allowing users to measure the effectiveness of displays and promotions, and to optimize checkout and customer service staffing levels, according to the company.
The product also offers a 30-day trial option, which gives users full-featured access, including 32 IP channels, 32 analog channels and unlimited integrations to POS registers, analytics and access control.
