SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Digital Monitoring Products, Inc. (DMP) has hired Troy Riedel as the director of sales for the X1 access control product.
Riedel “will play a pivotal role in developing the X1 Series platform by collaborating with DMP’s resellers, as well as internal product management, marketing, finance and executive teams to establish product direction, baseline goals, launch plans and budgets,” according to the company announcement.
Riedel joins DMP as an accomplished security industry professional from Fort Worth, Texas, with a 37-year career that began after his service in the U.S. Naval Submarine Service as a navigation electronics technician.
Riedel’s management philosophy is encapsulated in the motto, “Grow business while simultaneously growing people” and has yielded him double-digit year-over-year growth in the physical access control SaaS solutions.
Throughout his career, Riedel “has established himself as a results-oriented sales leader where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to exceed sales quotas while fostering an exceptional culture and ensuring outstanding employee retention,” according to the company announcement.
“His extensive experience and proven track record will continue to be a driving force in the security industry, contributing to new heights of success and innovation at DMP,” the announcement says.
