TAMPA, Fla. – Digital Watchdog (DW), a manufacturer of video surveillance products, is partnering with central management software-maker SureView Systems to expand support for video-based integrated security applications.

SureView Systems‘ Immix CS & CC Web-based platforms are used by central stations and command centers to deliver next generation monitoring services, reducing operational costs and delivering new end-user services, including support for mobile applications. Immix accomplishes these goals by consolidating video, access control, audio and alarms creating a single point of management and operation.

The partnership calls for integrating DW’s VMAX recording solutions with the Immix automation platforms, providing customers with the added value of controlling and monitoring their VMAX solutions from a unified, single central monitoring station.

DW‘s VMAX DVR solutions include H.264 compression that can record real-time video in resolutions from CIF to 960H quality. The DVRs offer features such as local quick search and playback, single touch playback and backup, quick setup guide with remote and FTP firmware upgrade, all managed from a user-friendly local graphical user interface (GUI).
