The PX8 by Pacom of Sarasota, Fla., is an alarm control and access control panel along with a reader interface, all in one unit. According to the company, the system supports wireless use and can be programmed using an LCD keypad or Pacom’s Windows®-based software. The cardholder database can be remotely downloaded to all PX8 panels.
