Doyle Security Systems Acquires Alarm Accounts in Syracuse
Murphy’s Lock and Alarm will continue to operate its safe and lock business under the same name.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Doyle Security Systems, a regional provider of residential and commercial security, life-safety and medical monitoring systems, has acquired the alarm accounts of Syracuse, N.Y.-based Murphy’s Lock and Alarm.
Terms of the transaction, the number of monitored accounts involved and the amount of recurring monthly revenue were not disclosed. The makeup of the accounts is 60% commercial and 40% residential, according to John G. Doyle Jr., president and CEO, Doyle Security.
“We are very honored to take on these new customers from Murphy’s Lock and Alarm,” Doyle says. “We are very excited to continue our long history of growth in Central New York.”
Murphy’s Lock and Alarm has been family owned and operated for nearly 40 years. The company will continue to operate its safe and lock business under the same name.
