Dunbar Announces Formation of Dunbar Security Solutions to Defend Against Cyber, Physical Threats

HUNT VALLEY, Md. — Dunbar formally unveiled its Dunbar Security Solutions division, a 360° managed security service for cyber and physical threats, marked by the opening of Dunbar’s state-of-the-art Security Operations Center (SOC) in Hunt Valley, Md., the company announced on Tuesday.
The new division fully integrates Dunbar’s existing cybersecurity, security systems and protective services businesses, and provides mid- to large-sized customers with enhanced protection against a full range of threats by monitoring facilities and networks, dispatching guards and conducting threat assessments from the SOC.

From the SOC, Dunbar’s team of security analysts compile and analyze security data for customers from a wide variety of digital and physical sources, including servers, firewalls, log data, intrusion detection, IP cameras, guards, access control, desktop systems, social media and more. The facility is staffed 24/7, providing organizations with constant monitoring and immediate responses to threats.
