NUVICO of Englewood, N.J., introduces its new 8-channel and 16-channel DV Turbo Series DVR, which offers real-time 480 pps (16 channels) and 240 pps (8 channel) recording. According to the company, the DV Turbo Series utilizes the latest MPEG-4 compression for optimal picture quality and frame rate. The unit is capable of recording up to 16 channels of audio, and features a built-in CD-RW and optional DVD-RW for backup.
All NUVICO units feature built-in DDNS service to support remote viewing over a DSL and cable modem. For remote viewing, the product can connect over a Web browser or multisite client software.
