Crest Electronics Inc. of Greensboro, N.C., announces its CDVS-7316 PC DVR in response to the strong success of the CDVS-7516. According to the company, the CDVS-7516 is a unique combination of video management tools and an easy-to-use interface that reduces training time while lessening the learning curve for security system users.
The DVR features MPEG-4 compression, 640 X 480 resolution, a 480 fps display rate, 120 fps record rate and multiple-zone detection for individual cameras. It also comes with adjustable sensitivity per motion zone, or what Crest calls “comprehensive remote administration,” and remote E-mail notification.
