DVTEL Introduces ioimage Video Analytics-Enabled HD Camera at ASIS
Military-grade analytics and Quasar HD technology combine for innovative video surveillance with image comprehension and analysis.
Atlanta ― At the ASIS show in here DVTEL released its new ioimage HD CF-5222 (2.1-mepgapixel HD 1080p) and CF-5212 (1.3-megapixel HD 720p) cameras, bringing military-grade video analytics and Quasar HD broadcast-quality IP video together for critical infrastructure protection.
The ioimage HD cameras include DVTEL’s Quasar high resolution, low bandwidth, and minimized and predictable storage optimized for outdoor and low light conditions. The cameras also deliver intelligent video analytics designed to increase the probability of detection and lower false alarm rates. Both the 1080p and the 720p models offer increased detection distance, which means fewer cameras are needed to cover the same area. The ioimage HD cameras have the capability to detect intrusions, including regional entrance, tripwire and fence trespassing, as well as unattended baggage, object removal, stopped vehicle, loitering and camera tampering detection capabilities.
The cameras are DVTEL’s first HD cameras that include state-of-the-art ioimage analytics. The ioimage HD camera’s integrated Web interface offers intuitive deployment of the camera and analytic behavior, which the manufacturer says reduces installation time and manpower requirements.
“With the combined Quasar HD and ioimage analytics technology, the new ioimage HD cameras take video surveillance and security to a whole new level,” says Maor Mishkin, DVTEL product champion of video analytics. “The ioimage HD cameras provide our customers with the best possible security resources for their organization’s critical infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability for years to come. The cameras are supported on all DVTEL VMS lines and have ONVIF support for ease of integration with third party VMS platforms.”
DVTEL’s video analytics line is targeted at the fast-growing remote monitoring, critical infrastructure and perimeter security markets.
