Dynamark Monitoring Bags $20M in Financing From Rockland Trust

Proceeds from the revolving line of credit will be used to support Dynamark’s steady acquisition strategy as it expands its growing footprint.

BOSTON — Rockland Trust’s Security Alarm Lending Group announces it has provided a multi-year, $20 million revolving line of credit to Dynamark Monitoring.

Headquartered in Hagerstown, Md., Dynamark provides wholesale security monitoring services for more than 500 security alarm dealers and retail security services for over 13,000 customers across the United States.

Proceeds from the revolving line of credit will be used to support the monitoring provider’s steady acquisition strategy as it expands its growing footprint, according to the announcement.

This financing will allow us to continue our growth strategy and further develop some of the industry’s most innovative monitoring technologies to support dealers,” adds Trey Alter, CEO of Dynamark Monitoring.

Dynamark previously received a $20 million credit facility from Rockland Trust in September 2020.
