Dynamark Funding Program Helps Alarm Dealers Build Portfolio of In-House Accounts

HAGERSTOWN, Md. – Dynamark Security Centers has partnered with a financial institution in the alarm industry to offer an account-based loan program to independent alarm dealers.
Traditional dealer programs compensate alarm dealers for each account they acquire and then sell to the monitoring company. The dealer’s revenue with this industry model is transaction-based, lacking long-term value to their business, according to Dynamark. As an alternative, Dynamark says its loan and funding program empowers dealers to build a portfolio of their in-house accounts that will generate consistent, recurring revenue as they grow their businesses.
“We are proud to offer this one-of-a-kind program to alarm dealers,” says Dynamark President Trey Alter. “It’s great to have a platform that allows a business to increase their portfolio of accounts as well as gain financial stability.”

Dynamark’s loan and funding program was designed to be flexible and adaptable to the individual needs of a dealer, according to the company. Dealers are able to obtain funding for 100% of their accounts, or designate only a portion they choose, which gives the ability to receive cash for transactional business while building long-term revenue. Dynamark will also continue to offer the option to purchase accounts directly from the dealer.
