HAGERSTOWN, Md. – Dynamark Security Centers has partnered with Alarm.com and Encore Controls to add central station video verification and fire monitoring to every installation job.
Dynamark has integrated Alarm.com’s Image Sensor with its central station software to provide the ability to view the recorded images during an alarm and provide visual verification to help cut down on false alarms and increase apprehensions.
“The Image Sensor has long been an innovative product, but adding the ability to professionally monitor and verify events at our 5 Diamond central station is something completely new to the industry” Dynamark President Trey Alter says. “Instead of the customers just seeing the images on their smart phones, they have the added peace of mind knowing that the central station can also see whether there is an intruder in the home.”
In addition to the image sensor, Dynamark chose to include Encore Controls’ new Firefighter device, which allows users to monitor all smoke detectors in the home with one device.
