EMERgency 24 Inc. (EM24) of Chicago now provides its dealers with a new billable service to offer to their subscribers. Subscriber Secure Internet Services allow alarm company customers to place their accounts on test, make temporary changes to party information, view their account data and request account information changes from their dealers all via the Internet. All information exchanged through these services is encrypted to ensure security. The services also can provide subscribers with EM24’s new E-mailed quarterly newsletter, the Security Seeker. Using Dealer Secure Internet Services, EM24 dealers can authorize their subscribers to access this information by entering the subscriber’s E-mail address and giving them a user name and Internet passcode.
