EMERgency24 (EM24) has created eight user levels for its dealer secure Internet services site to help alarm companies better protect account data while still being able to share appropriate information with field technicians and office staff.
With eight distinct classes that restrict or allow viewing or editing capabilities, alarm dealers can assign user levels to employees to give them access to the information they need to perform their specific duties.
