Mayville Products Corp. has formally announced the acquisition of the EMI Security Products business from APW Ltd. On March 9, Mayville Products concluded the transaction and began manufacturing and supporting EMI products.
EMI has provided camera housings to the security marketplace since 1985. Its products include CCTV security camera enclosures, mounts, DVR and VCR lock-boxes, and monitor mounts for CRT and LCD monitors.
With the acquisition, Mayville Products now offers three product lines in the data communications, broadcast and security industries: APWMayville brand cabinets, racks, consoles, ladder-racking and accessories; Stantron brand racks, cabinets, enclosures, consoles and accessories, and now EMI Security Products security camera enclosures, mounts and related lock-boxes.
