ATLANTA — To showcase the latest advancements in network surveillance at its three-day customer and partner event, multisite technology deployment provider Telaid has teamed up with Axis Communications. Scheduled for April 20-22, the event allows clients to view Axis products at Telaid’s new Norcross, Ga.-based Emerging Technology Demo Center.
The companies chose a range of cameras to feature at the event, including HDTV/megapixel, indoor and outdoor-ready, day/night and vandal-resistant IP models. Telaid also installed fixed and pan/tilt/zoom (p/t/z) network cameras so off-site visitors can partake in remote tours.
Telaid has been an Axis Channel Partner Program for five years. Axis Communications General Manager Fredrik Nilsson notes that vertical markets, such as the financial industry, retail and fast food restaurants are in need of multisite surveillance. “Telaid has helped us drive convergence of network video surveillance within those markets,” Nilsson says.
