SAN FRANCISCO — Workplace technology company Envoy announces a series of integrations for its visitor management solution.
Integrations include Visual Compliance for restricted party screening, C•CURE 9000 and OpenPath for access control, and Ubiquiti Unifi and Mist for WiFi provisioning.
The company says each tool builds more security into workplace sign-ins while automating much of the manual work that comes with using multiple tools. These integrations are available to companies on Envoy’s Enterprise plan.
Below is a description of each integration from Envoy.
Screen visitors against restricted parties lists with Visual Compliance
Whether for compliance or safety reasons, there are certain individuals you don’t want coming into your workplace. Using a block list is the first step toward keeping out unwanted visitors. However, you may also want to check if visitors appear on external lists of restricted parties (like terrorist, wanted criminals, or export-related restricted parties lists).
Now you can connect Envoy to your Visual Compliance account to automatically check and alert your team if visitors appear on lists of restricted parties.
Issue access credentials seamlessly with OpenPath and C•CURE 9000
If you use an access control system, you or your team are likely inputting each visitor’s information into your system to issue credentials manually. Now you can pass each visitor’s information directly to your OpenPath or C•CURE 9000 dashboard when they sign in. Your team can then quickly issue credentials and see which spaces the visitor accesses right from their C•CURE 9000 or OpenPath dashboard.
Share your WiFi with visitors automatically with Ubiquiti UniFi and Mist
“What’s your WiFi?” is often the first question visitors ask when they sign in. But, sharing your one-and-only guest WiFi password makes it easy for people to access your network once their visit has passed.
Connect your Ubiquiti Unifi or Mist account to Envoy to automatically share a unique WiFi password with visitors once they’ve signed in. You can see how visitors are using your WiFi network in your Ubiquiti Unifi or Mist dashboard and, once the visitor signs out, deactivate their code instantly.
